How does the referral program work?
Check the current job openings that Meridian Partners is looking to staff. 
 
If you know someone who is a great fit for a current job opening, follow the simple steps outlined below. If a candidate referral is contracted or hired in a position by Meridian Partners within 6 months of your referral, you will be awarded $2,500 USD for that referral, subject to a few terms and conditions:​

  • Candidates will be considered referrals only if they are not already in the Meridian Partners applicant tracking system database, meet the job requirements, and the candidate submission is accepted in writing by the Meridian Partners staffing team.
  • Permanent hires must be employed by Meridian Partners for 30 days, and contract/temporary referrals qualify after 160 billable hours.
  • To receive the $2,500 compensation, a W-9 may also need to be completed (per IRS rules)
  • If you work for an organization (like a public sector organization) that restricts compensation from vendors, we will work with you and your organization to provide an approved reward that is transparent and benefits the organization. For example, we may be able to purchase schools supplies, fund a program, or provide a credit or free software.  Of course, we will let everyone know you made this happen, as you deserve a huge pat on the back!

To submit a referral:

Provide your referral the link to the opening that matches their skills with current Meridian Partners openings.   A current list of openings can be found here.

 

To ensure we know the referral is from you, email the following to recruiting@mp.team:

  • Relationship with Meridian

Candidate Referral Information:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Position you are submitting for
  • Is the referral a:
    • Personal friend or family member
    • Current colleague
    • Former colleague
  • Why are they a great fit for Meridian Partners?
  • Attach a link to their LinkedIn profile if available

Our staffing team will review your submission. If accepted, we will provide confirmation and if your referral is hired, then you will receive $2,500.
